Assessment Theories: How to assess objective test data

The output of the examination process should be transferred to students. It is important in formative assessments for providing feedback, and in summative ones for judgement on their performance.

In this webinar we are going to become familiar with three main schools of assessments for this interpretation among objective tests.

The main objectives:
It is expected that participants:
Explain simple item analysis factors (Reliability and Validity)
Explain the principles and applications of Classical Test Theory (CTT)
Explain the principles and applications of Generalizability theory analysis (G-Theory)
Explain the principles and applications of Item Response Theory (IRT)
Define the cons and pros of each assessment theory in the routine assessments.
