Giving effective feedback and reflective practices

We begin with feedback and reflection, you will wonder why we have these two aspects together but you will know or understand that they are all interconnected and interlinked most of the time in our day-to-day, where working and that is why at the end of this session we hope that you shall be able to Define feedback and reflection explain the role of feedback and reflection in learning differentiate between effective and ineffective feedback and be aware of the process of writing reflections so when you know we look through the
literature and we found that there is a very specific definition of feedback in
medical education. Good and Molly way back in 2013 said that you could Define it as a process whereby Learners obtain information about their work in order to appreciate the similarities and differences between the appropriate standards for any given work and the qualities of work itself in order to generate improved work that means we need to have some kind of a guideline to which we are looking at and then we’ll look looking out for feedback on what we have performed depending or in relationship to that guideline and then we go ahead and improve ourselves and how why do we improve ourselves because of the feedback that has been generated so what what is the purpose of feedback can anyone tell me how can anyone put it in the chat box what do you think how do you think this will help is it worth the time is it worth the ………………………………………..
